Musical Scores

I've written musical scores to a variety of videos including short-films, promotional videos, and commercials.

I typically ask the director of the video what kind of feel or mood he/she is going for to inspire the musical score. If they don't know, then I go nuts with the score solo-style with generally pleasing results to the movie-maker.

The tunes in the flash player to the right (sorry iPad/iPhone users) has excerpts of some of my musical scores.

Notable Selections

• "Chipotle Commercial" was the music for a 30 second commercial made for a Chipotle burrito chain national contest. Our video made it to the top 12 in nationwide contest.
• "Gym Wars" was featured in a video on UFC fighter Paul Buentello's website.
• "Grrl Action" was the score for a promotional video for Grrl Action, a program in Austin that helps "teenage girls find voice and vision through the power of performance."
